We are thrilled to be hosting our third annual Gather & Graze culinary event for 2025!
Once again, we will be offering two nights for this event that supports local agriculture, seafood, and related local businesses, with our dates set for Friday, August 15th and Saturday, August 16th.
Our Gather & Graze dinner is a fine dining, culinary surf and turf experience set amongst the trees at The Cabin at Shannon Farms.
Guests will enjoy served appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a sit down, four-course, family-style meal prepared by Matt Dunk and his team (we've got Megan York of V9Y Culinary Services joining this year!) , with guest choice of flight pairing (selected wine, Antidote Distilling cocktails or mocktails, or
Dog Mountain Brewing craft beer).
Our goal is to support local producers, foragers, fishermen, and small businesses by purchasing their products, and showcasing them in an upscale dinner experience. Guests will enjoy a unique atmosphere, meet new people, and learn about local agriculture and small businesses.
Please note, because this dinner will include a variety of ingredients from the Alberni Valley and Pacific Ocean, and is served family style, that allergies or food intolerances won’t necessarily be able to be catered to.
